版本：1.4 Revision date: October 10, 2026 Date this version was displayed: October 10, 2026 Welcome to Zipget (zipget.cn). This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations between you and the Platform operator when you use the services of the Zipget website. The Platform operator is Yunshui Guanjia (Beijing) Consulting Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or the “Platform.” Please pay particular attention to the provisions concerning charges and membership benefits, asset licensing, returns and exchanges of digital products, account measures, liability, and dispute resolution. Before confirming your agreement, you may ask us to explain these provisions using the contact details set out in this Agreement. We will not regard your browsing of web pages alone as acceptance of all agreements, nor will we preselect acceptance of any agreement that requires your confirmation.

Article 1 Scope and Confirmation of the Agreement

1. This Agreement applies to website accounts, browsing and purchasing assets, memberships, the Request Hub, online creation tools, and functions related to these services. The specific services are those actually provided on the website. A function that has not yet been made available does not become an available service merely because it is described, planned, or has a similar name. 2. After you have read and actively confirmed this Agreement at a stage where an agreement must be concluded, the corresponding service contract is established between you and us. Specific asset transactions are also subject to the Digital Asset Purchase and License Agreement that you confirm at purchase, the product description, and the terms of the order; merchant onboarding and operations are also subject to the Merchant Agreement. Relevant rules must be displayed to you at the stage where they apply; a general listing in this Agreement does not replace necessary notices and confirmation. 3. The Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal information. Confirming this Agreement does not constitute blanket authorization for all personal information processing, marketing messages, or other optional matters; separate consent will be requested for matters that legally require it. 4. Mandatory provisions of laws and regulations take precedence. Clear terms separately negotiated in accordance with the law for the same matter take precedence over standard terms; where a standard term has two or more reasonable interpretations, it will be interpreted against the party providing the standard term as required by law. The invalidity of an individual provision does not affect the validity of other provisions that can be performed independently.

Article 2 Operator Information and Service Roles

1. Platform brand: Zipget; website: zipget.cn. Operating entity: Yunshui Guanjia (Beijing) Consulting Co., Ltd. Contact address: Room 335-1, 3rd Floor, No. 113 Gucheng West Road, Shijingshan District, Beijing. 2. Customer service telephone: 13716058991; contact email: 3521773536@qq.com. Website filing and license identifiers: 京ICP备2026001585号-1 and 京B2-20262610. This information identifies the operating entity and does not indicate that any authority guarantees the quality, ownership, or suitability of a particular asset. 3. For content uploaded by users and merchants, the Platform provides information storage, display, search, and transaction-related technical services; uploaders are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of their submitted content and information concerning rights and licenses. The Platform also provides membership and other services. The seller and licensor of each asset must be clearly identified in the product and transaction information. For products marked as sold directly by the Platform, the relevant operating entity assumes the seller's obligations; for products sold by onboarded merchants, the merchant assumes the obligations relating to sale, delivery, licensing, and after-sales service. Listing and displaying an uploaded work does not constitute a Platform guarantee of its originality or ownership. The Platform performs the obligations required by law that correspond to the services it actually provides. 4. We do not use statements such as “we only provide information storage” or “all responsibility rests with the merchant” to exclude liability that we are legally required to bear.If a dispute arises, we will provide necessary operator information and transaction records as required by law and assist with handling complaints; whether we bear corresponding liability will be determined based on the law, contracts, specific facts, fault, and other relevant factors.

Article 3 Accounts and Eligibility

1. Account registration and purchase services on this Platform are available to users who are at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct. A guardian's consent does not replace this minimum age requirement. If you act on behalf of an organization, you must also obtain the corresponding authorization. For a minor's registration or purchase, or other irregular transactions that have already occurred, the guardian may contact us for verification and handling in accordance with the law; a breach of the age requirement does not in itself justify refusing a refund, a determination of contractual validity, or other remedies available by law. 2. Please provide truthful and valid information necessary for the services, and promptly update important information, such as your contact details, when it changes. We verify identity or transactions only where we have a lawful basis and to the extent necessary, and do not require information unrelated to the services. 3. Please keep your account, password, and verification information secure. Do not rent, sell, or lend your account to others, or share an account to circumvent the scope of benefits agreed on an account, entity, or order basis. Permission for internal use of assets purchased by an organization does not automatically permit multiple people to share a login account. 4. If you discover unusual account activity, a transaction you did not make, or a disclosure of your information, please contact us promptly and take reasonable measures, such as changing your password. After verification, we will take necessary protective and assistance measures. The existence of an account activity record does not in itself prove that every action was genuinely authorized by you; relevant liability must be determined according to the law, taking into account verification records, the fault of both parties, and other evidence.

Article 4 Asset Purchases, Licensing, and Delivery

1. Before placing an order, please check the product contents, file formats, software versions, degree of editability, required fonts or plugins, license tier and term, price, delivery method, and download conditions. Product descriptions must be truthful and complete; express commitments relating to a transaction form a basis for performance and do not automatically lose effect merely because they have not been repeated separately in the agreement. 2. Purchasing an asset gives you a license to use it within the agreed scope, rather than a transfer of copyright. Personal Non-commercial, Commercial—1 Year, and Commercial—Perpetual are different license tiers; the tier you actually select and confirm and the order records govern. Membership does not automatically expand the scope of an asset license.See the Digital Asset Purchase and License Agreement for the specific boundaries of permitted use. 3. Assets are delivered by digital file download or another method agreed at the time of purchase. If you still cannot obtain the agreed files after payment, or if the delivered content does not match the agreement, you may request assistance and after-sales service; payment of an order, generation of a link, or the existence of a download record alone cannot be used to deny remedies. 4. The membership term, the duration of file download entitlements, the technical validity period of the download link itself, and the asset license term are separate matters.Expiry of a temporary link does not mean that a license has expired; expiry of membership does not automatically terminate an asset license that was lawfully obtained and remains valid. Delisting a product, renaming a license tier, or updating rules does not automatically change the license term or scope of an existing order. 5. Invoices for asset transactions are issued in accordance with the law by the actual merchant selling the asset. The Platform issues invoices in accordance with the law for its directly sold products and services, including memberships; technical service fees charged by the Platform to merchants are invoiced separately to those merchants. Transactions for which invoices are legally required have no minimum invoicing amount, no additional invoicing fee or tax surcharge, and order records or license certificates do not replace invoices. You may apply through the actual invoicing option in your order, after-sales service, or customer service; in principle, invoicing will be completed within 7 working days after complete invoicing information is provided, with statutory requirements or any shorter period already promised taking precedence. Corrections to information, the basis for the invoiced amount, follow-up requests, and objections are handled under the invoicing provisions of the Digital Asset Purchase and License Agreement. In the event of delay or refusal by a merchant, you may contact customer service to investigate and follow up; an invoicing delay alone does not automatically result in an order refund, invalidation of the license, or forfeiture of the merchant's sales proceeds, nor does it affect your right to seek remedies under the law.

Article 5 Membership Services and Charges

1. Membership plan prices, service terms, discounts, daily usage allowances, usage counting and reset rules, and related matters are governed by the membership page and order records clearly displayed and confirmed by you at the time of purchase. This Agreement does not change the prices, allowances, or discounts of existing plans. 2. Membership discounts apply to designated participating products and are subject to the purchased plan and the conditions of the specific product. Membership itself does not mean that all products are free, that downloads are unlimited, or that every purchase includes a commercial license. When purchasing a particular asset, you must still check its price and license tier. 3. Charged items and calculation methods must be clearly displayed before payment; you have the right to decide whether to purchase. If automatic renewal is offered, a prominent notice must be provided before subscription and before renewal, and an easy cancellation method must be provided as required by law; automatic renewal requires your actual, express authorization. 4. Benefits of a purchased membership during the agreed service term must not be reduced, or additional fees imposed, through unilateral changes to the rules without authorization. Before you make a further purchase, we must prominently explain any changes to the relevant benefits. Long-term or lifetime memberships will likewise be honored according to the legally valid terms agreed at the time of purchase, and their promised duration will not be shortened by definitions added later. 5. After-sales matters concerning memberships are handled according to the law, the terms agreed at purchase, and actual performance; a blanket rule that “all payments are non-refundable” does not apply. Where a refund is required by law or contract because we have failed to provide the agreed services, ceased operations, changed rules, or for other reasons, it will be calculated based on actual performance and the calculation basis will be explained, without unjustified delay; use of a small portion of the benefits must not be used as grounds for refusing all reasonable remedies.

Article 6 After-sales Service and Refunds for Digital Products

1. An exception to the seven-day no-reason return right applies only where the statutory conditions for the product are met and the exception was prominently disclosed at purchase and actively confirmed by the consumer; the right must not be excluded across the board merely because a product is called a “digital asset.” Where confirmation is required but has not been obtained, general provisions in this Agreement or default selections cannot be used to refuse a no-reason return.See the purchase agreement and the product purchase notices for the specific basis on which the exception applies. 2. Whether a no-reason return right applies does not affect your right under the law to seek supplementary delivery, replacement, contract termination, a refund, or compensation for issues such as damaged files, content that does not match the promises made, licensing errors, infringement, or failure to deliver.Use of a product or membership, or downloading a file, also does not automatically exempt the operator from liability for these issues. 3. You may submit your order number, a description of the problem, and necessary materials through the order's after-sales option or customer service. If the on-page application option has a designated operating period, please contact customer service when that period has ended or the option is unavailable;the operating period of the application option does not shorten statutory rights periods and does not in itself constitute grounds for refusing after-sales service. 4. We will review the order, product commitments, delivery, and materials from both parties, and notify you of our proposed handling. Please provide materials related to the issue that you can reasonably obtain; we will not require proof that is clearly beyond your ability to provide. If you disagree with the outcome, you may provide further explanations and request a review, or pursue other lawful means of protecting your rights. 5. The scope, method, and estimated processing time of a refund are governed by the notice of the handling outcome reached in accordance with the law. The time at which funds actually arrive depends on the relevant payment channel and bank processing; if assistance with another refund method is required, the reason must be explained and the recipient's payment information verified. We will not require you to accept vouchers or another substitute form of payment without your agreement.

Article 7 Request Hub

1. The Request Hub is used to display requests, express interest in the same requests, and match asset submissions to requests. Submitted requests are handled through the publication process; eligible merchants may create and submit products in response to a request, and an associated product link may be created once listing is permitted. Publication processing and display of associated products do not constitute a substantive Platform assessment of a work's originality, ownership, or the authenticity of a request. 2. Posting a request, entering a budget, expressing interest in the same request, or clicking “I'll Create This” does not in itself establish an exclusive custom-order contract or create an obligation to buy, sell, or make an automatic payment. A budget expresses intent; whether to purchase, the transaction price, deliverables, and license scope are governed by the specific product order confirmed separately. 3. Requests and reference materials you publish must be lawful and truthful, and you must have the necessary permission to use them. Do not disclose another person's private information, contact details, or assets that you are not entitled to make public. The Platform manages the publication and display of information under the request rules and processes contact details according to the Privacy Policy. 4. The Platform does not guarantee that a request will receive a submitted work or that a particular product will be sold. If parties negotiate separately off the website, off-site transfers or private promises must not be represented as already covered by this website's orders, escrow, or acceptance guarantees; this provision does not reduce or exempt the Platform from obligations it remains legally required to perform.

Article 8 Content Publication and Intellectual Property

1. You must have lawful rights to requests, comments, and other content you publish, and must not publish unlawful information, infringing content, fake transaction reviews, malicious harassment, or other information that infringes the rights and interests of others. Reasonable criticism, negative reviews, complaints, and lawful efforts to protect your rights are not violations. 2. To carry out the publication functions you actively choose, you permit the Platform to store, process, and display the relevant content within the scope necessary for the services and to make necessary format adaptations. This permission does not transfer your copyright and does not automatically include the right to turn the content into a separate product, sell it externally, or use it in unrelated advertising; promotional use beyond the original purpose requires separate, necessary authorization. 3. After public content is deleted or services are terminated, the Platform will stop the corresponding public display according to the relevant function; transaction, complaint, and other records that must be retained by law may continue to be kept for the necessary period, subject to restrictions on access and use. See the Privacy Policy for specific rules on personal information processing. 4. Rights holders may submit truthful identity information, preliminary evidence of infringement, the location of the allegedly infringing content, and necessary explanations under the Infringement Complaint Guidelines. The Platform will promptly forward notices in accordance with the law and take necessary measures based on preliminary evidence and the type of service; the party complained against may submit a statement of non-infringement in accordance with the law, and the Platform will forward it and handle subsequent matters under the applicable rules. If the Platform knows or should know of infringement, it will take necessary measures as required by law. Transaction records, traceability markers, and similar information may provide leads for handling a matter, but are not irrefutable findings of infringement; a party whose erroneous or malicious notice causes damage bears corresponding liability according to the law.

Article 8A Creation Tools and User Works

1. Copyright and related rights in the original portions that you independently create using the creation tools belong to you or other lawful rights holders in accordance with the law. The Platform does not acquire copyright in your works merely by providing editing, saving, preview, or export tools. Rights in third-party assets, fonts, templates, and other pre-existing content are not transferred by their insertion or editing; you must hold the rights required to import and use the relevant content. 2. Finished works exported after searching for and inserting assets from this website in the creation tools remain subject to the original license scope, term, permitted uses, and third-party license conditions of those assets, under the same licensing rules as when obtaining the same assets through their product pages. Tool membership benefits do not replace the purchase license for paid assets or automatically expand asset licenses. Free assets, purchased assets, and content provided under CC0 or open-source licenses must each be used in accordance with their actual licenses. 3. Ordinary registered users may use the basic functions that have been made available in the relevant tool; members may use the member functions that have been made available in the relevant tool during their membership term. Specific functions and supported file formats are governed by the tool page and the benefits expressly disclosed at the time of purchase. This provision introduces no additional limit on the number of exports and does not include functions that have not yet been made available among the benefits already provided. 4. Local imports, browser drafts, and project files exported to a device have different storage methods. A project for which you have not actively used and successfully completed cloud saving must not be regarded as having been backed up to the cloud by the Platform. Browser drafts may be lost if this website's browser data is cleared, private browsing is used, or the device or browser is changed, among other reasons; please check the save status before closing the page and promptly export a local file. The Platform can assist with recovery only to the extent of the data it actually holds and does not promise to recover local content that was never uploaded or has been cleared. 5. Cloud saving is available only for tools in which this function has been made available and for eligible accounts; purchasing a membership does not mean that all tools offer cloud saving or that local files will be uploaded automatically. When you actively use cloud saving, the Platform processes project data only to the extent necessary to provide saving, recovery, necessary previews, synchronization, backup, security maintenance, and compliance with legal obligations. Without separately obtaining the necessary authorization, the Platform will not publicly display or sell your unpublished works, or use them for unrelated marketing or model training. See the Privacy Policy for specific rules on personal information processing and deletion. 6. Cloud storage capacity, retention periods, and arrangements for managing files after membership expires are governed by the benefits clearly displayed at purchase and the relevant function descriptions; this provision introduces no new promise of permanent storage and does not diminish valid promises already made. When the Platform changes storage arrangements or stops the relevant services, it must provide advance explanations in accordance with the law and the agreement, and provide reasonable arrangements for exporting or retrieving files. Please keep local copies of important files securely. These explanations do not exempt the Platform from liability it must bear under the law for its own breach of contract or fault.

Article 9 Safe Use and Handling of Violations

1. You must not harm the rights and interests of the Platform or others through attacks, malicious software, identity theft, bypassing permission checks, bulk theft of paid files, or similar means; you must not engage in fake transactions, obtain refunds fraudulently, or unlawfully distribute others' assets. Lawful normal browsing, preservation of evidence, complaints, and oversight are not prohibited merely because they are unfavorable to the Platform. 2. For risks or violations supported by facts, the Platform may take necessary and appropriate measures according to their nature, severity, and impact, including issuing notices, requesting explanations, restricting relevant functions, stopping the display of related content, or terminating services. In an emergency, necessary protective measures may be taken first, followed by a timely explanation where this does not interfere with lawful handling. 3. When taking action that materially adversely affects you, we must inform you of the main facts, reasons, applicable rules, and appeal channels, and provide a review in accordance with the law; if you request a human review, we will arrange for human handling as required. We must not take arbitrary action based on a vague assertion of “the Platform's determination,” nor impose harsher measures because you raise an objection. 4. Compensation for breach of contract is based on the law, legally valid agreements, actual losses, and other relevant factors. Account measures do not mean forfeiture of all funds, arbitrary deductions from property, or automatic cancellation of all lawfully obtained licenses; paid services and outstanding matters unrelated to the violation must be handled in accordance with the law.

Article 10 Service Maintenance, Changes, and Liability

1. We take reasonable measures to maintain the security of services and transactions. Planned maintenance or other foreseeable significant effects on services should be communicated through appropriate means, with efforts made to minimize their impact. When an issue occurs, we will promptly take measures such as repairs, explanations, or alternative delivery. 2. For natural disasters and other events that constitute force majeure under the law, liability will be handled according to their actual impact and the law, and obligations such as timely notification, provision of evidence, and mitigation of losses will be fulfilled. Ordinary technical failures, disruptions to third-party services, or the fact that a product comes from a merchant do not automatically provide grounds for fully exempting the Platform from liability. 3. This Agreement does not exclude liability arising from intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law, and does not exclude consumers' statutory rights to seek compensation. Both parties must perform their agreements in good faith, and the scope of liability will be determined according to the specific breach, causation, losses, and applicable law. 4. If we decide to stop the relevant business services, we will give advance public notice as required by law and arrange for the handling of incomplete orders, after-sales matters, unfulfilled membership benefits, and necessary records; closing the website does not exempt us from obligations to perform or provide refunds.

Article 11 Withdrawal, Account Closure, and Records

1. You may stop using the services or apply to close your account through the channels provided by the Platform. To protect the rights and interests of all parties to transactions, we may verify your identity and check incomplete orders, refunds, and other matters that genuinely require handling before account closure, in accordance with the law; these requirements must be necessary and reasonable, and no obstacles unrelated to account closure may be imposed. 2. Before closing your account, please securely retain orders, licenses, and downloaded files that you are lawfully entitled to keep. Account closure may prevent you from accessing on-site records or download services through your original account. We must explain its specific effects and cannot interpret account closure as your waiver of statutory rights such as refunds, complaints, or compensation. 3. An asset license that was lawfully obtained and has not ended due to expiry, lawful termination, or another applicable reason does not automatically cease to exist because the account is closed.Records that must be retained by law are kept for the corresponding purposes and periods; other personal information is deleted or anonymized under the Privacy Policy and the law. We do not promise that the same retention period applies to all data.

Article 12 Rule Updates and Existing Orders

1. When new rules are introduced or Platform rules are amended after this version goes online, we will publicly seek comments as required by law, display the rules or a link to them prominently on the homepage, and provide convenient and complete means of reading, downloading, and searching them. Relevant historical versions will be retained and made available for consultation as required by law, including all historical versions from the 3 years before the new version takes effect. 2. Rules will generally be publicly displayed at least 7 days before implementation; in statutory circumstances involving a very large number of users, extensive amendments, or important rights and interests of relevant parties, they will be displayed at least 15 days in advance; if important rights and interests may be materially affected, a reasonable transition period will also be provided. Where the law prescribes stricter procedures for the matter, those procedures apply. 3. Public display of rules does not mean that you have agreed to new obligations or a reduction in your rights and benefits. Changes requiring your confirmation will be separately brought to your attention and confirmed as required by law, rather than replaced by preselected boxes or continued browsing alone. New rules will not retroactively change the price, license, or delivery terms of orders already concluded, or reduce the benefits of purchased memberships during their agreed terms without authorization.New provisions that must legally apply will be handled as required by law. 4. If you do not accept an amendment and wish to withdraw or terminate the relevant services, you may contact us to do so; we will handle outstanding matters and calculate refunds based on the facts, in accordance with the valid rules before the amendment and the law, without imposing unreasonable exit conditions.

Article 13 Contact and Dispute Resolution

1. For explanations of this Agreement or issues concerning accounts, transactions, or after-sales service, you may contact us through the relevant on-site channels, by telephone at 13716058991, or by email at 3521773536@qq.com. Please provide the necessary information to help us locate the issue; we will handle it and respond according to its nature, without delaying matters by requiring repeated submission of unrelated materials. 2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China, the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, the parties may first negotiate, or may lawfully request mediation from a consumer organization, lodge a complaint or report with the relevant administrative authority, or file a lawsuit with a people's court having jurisdiction; arbitration requires a valid arbitration agreement lawfully reached by both parties.Negotiation or an internal Platform review is not a mandatory prerequisite for exercising your rights under the law. 3. The current version and initial publication date of this Agreement are shown at the top of this page; subsequent revisions and historical versions will be publicly displayed as required by law. We may explain the services and the basis for our handling of matters, but do not have a “right of final interpretation” that excludes judicial or administrative oversight or consumers' rights.

版本：1.4 Revision date: October 9, 2026 Date this version was displayed: October 9, 2026 The Zipget website (zipget.cn) is operated by Yunshui Guanjia (Beijing) Consulting Co., Ltd. This Policy explains how we process personal information on the website, in the account center, in merchant services, and in related customer service contexts, and how you can exercise your rights. The website currently primarily provides digital asset display, transaction, and delivery services; applications, online AI generation, or other new services that have not been made available are not deemed to have been provided merely because they are described in this Policy. Please pay particular attention to explanations concerning sensitive personal information such as identity documents, real-name verification, facial information, and payment-receiving accounts. This Policy itself does not replace separate consent required by law in specific situations, nor does it treat your browsing the website or continued use as blanket authorization for all processing activities. Optional functions and non-essential processing based on consent are your choice. The current version, publication date, and effective date of this Policy are shown at the top of this page. For processing activities that have already occurred, we must still comply with the agreements and laws in effect at the time; a Policy update does not retroactively authorize prior processing carried out without lawful authorization.

If a genuinely complex situation requires further handling, we will explain the reason, progress, and expected arrangements; where the law imposes a stricter deadline, we will follow that deadline. The response deadline is not the deadline for deleting all information.

II. Processing Principles and Legal Bases

We process personal information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, propriety, necessity, and good faith, for clearly defined purposes and within the minimum necessary scope, and take responsibility for the corresponding processing activities. Depending on the specific circumstances, we process information on the basis of your valid consent, necessity for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, necessity for the fulfillment of a statutory obligation, or another basis permitted by law. Only information necessary to provide a particular function will be made a condition of using that function. Refusing to provide optional information or withdrawing consent to nonessential processing does not affect unrelated basic services. If the purposes or methods of processing or the types of information change, we will notify you again as required by law; where renewed consent or separate consent is required, we will obtain it before the processing takes place.

III. Information We Process in Different Situations

The following explains the scope of information by situation. “As needed” means that information is processed only when you use the corresponding function or the relevant matter actually arises; it does not mean that we may arbitrarily expand the scope of collection.

1. Browsing, Search, and Secure Operation

When you visit pages, search for assets, or use filters, the website server and the corresponding network services process your IP address, access time, page or resource address, browser and operating system information, request status, errors, and necessary security logs. The search terms and filter criteria you enter are used to return corresponding results. This information is used to serve web pages, locate faults, and prevent attacks and abnormal access; it must not be arbitrarily used for unrelated marketing on vague grounds such as “security” or “improving the experience.” Please do not enter identification numbers, passwords, or other information unrelated to your search in the search box or on public pages.

2. Registration, Login, and Account Management

When you choose to register, log in, recover your account, or change linked information, we process your mobile number or email address, verification code validation results, username, account identifier, password verification information, login time, IP address, and necessary security records according to the login method you actually use. Your nickname, profile picture, and other information you voluntarily provide are used for account display and management. Passwords are stored and used in accordance with the website account system’s verification method; plaintext passwords are not used as information displayed to others. Please do not share verification codes, passwords, or account recovery links with anyone else. If you refuse to provide information necessary for a particular login method, you will be unable to use that method, but this does not affect pages that can be browsed without logging in. If we offer new third-party account login methods in the future, we will explain the information we receive and its purposes before authorization. The presence of an entry point or description on the website does not mean that you have authorized that third party; we will not infer your consent to link accounts solely on that basis.

3. Favorites, Browsing History, and Membership Benefits

When you use favorites, browsing history, or membership services, we process the corresponding product identifiers, activity records, membership type and term, activation and change records, orders, and benefit usage to display your account content, verify eligibility for discounts or downloads, and calculate applicable benefits. You may manage your personal records through the management options provided by the relevant functions; if the page does not provide the action you need, you may also contact us. Deleting favorites or browsing history does not mean deleting transaction and security records that must be retained by law. Differences in benefits associated with membership tiers or validity periods are governed by the express terms agreed upon at purchase, and will not be used as grounds for unrelated personal profiling.

4. Orders, Payments, Licensing, Downloads, and After-sales Services

When you purchase digital assets, activate a membership, download files, or request after-sales services, we process your account identifier, product name and number, provider, license type, order number, transaction price, membership or promotional information, payment channel, transaction identifier and status, refund records, download time and necessary IP address or frequency records, license documentation, and the after-sales materials you submit. This information is used to confirm transactions, fulfill licensing and delivery obligations, verify download eligibility, reconcile accounts, issue refunds, resolve disputes, and prevent abnormal use. Some delivered files may contain identifiers used to link them to orders, verify licenses, or investigate unauthorized distribution; we should limit the scope of personally identifiable information they contain and must not display your complete identity documents, payment accounts, or other unrelated sensitive information in public previews. Payments are processed by the payment service provider you actually select. The platform receives the payment results and transaction identifiers needed to complete orders, and does not ask you to provide payment passwords, bank card passwords, or payment verification codes to platform customer service. Authentication and payment account processing on third-party payment pages are separately governed by that institution’s privacy rules.

5. Merchant Onboarding, Identity Verification, and Store Management

When you apply for merchant services as an individual, an individual industrial and commercial household, or an enterprise, we process your name or entity name, contact details, identity document information, business license and necessary business qualifications, information about the person in charge or the representative handling the application, authorization relationships, store name and description, business categories, and the review process and results, according to your entity type and actual verification requirements. These materials are used to verify the business entity, review eligibility for onboarding, fulfill the platform’s verification obligations, manage transactions, and handle disputes. Identity document numbers, document images, and information relating to specific identities are protected as sensitive personal information. Documents and other review materials serve different purposes from public store descriptions and must not be displayed as public assets merely because an onboarding application has been submitted. The merchant entity’s name, business qualifications that must be disclosed by law, and store information the merchant chooses to make public will be displayed only to the extent necessary to fulfill disclosure obligations and explain transactions. Before submitting information about representatives, employees, or other individuals to the platform, merchants should provide the necessary notice to those individuals and have a lawful basis for processing their information.

6. Real-name Authentication and Facial Verification

When the relevant verification function is actually enabled and you enter that process, the authentication service may process your name, identity document information, verification reference number, status, and time; if facial verification is used, it may also process facial images or videos, liveness information, and comparison results. Providing these materials is not a prerequisite for ordinary browsing. Facial information is sensitive personal information. Before verification is carried out, a specific notice should clearly identify the actual service provider, information types, processing methods, necessity, impact on individual rights and interests, and the scope and duration of retention by each party, and separate consent should be obtained as required by law. This policy or a general onboarding agreement cannot replace that notice and consent. We bear the corresponding protection obligations under the law for information processed by the platform or on its behalf. Where another non-facial method can achieve the same purpose or meet equivalent business requirements, we will not make facial recognition the only verification method; you may use the contact details in this policy to inquire about and request an applicable alternative. The parties that actually process original facial information, its retention arrangements, and retention periods are set out in the specific notice provided before verification. Such information should be deleted promptly once its purpose has been fulfilled and there is no lawful need for continued retention.

7. Product Publishing, Risk Handling, and Request Interactions

When you publish products, requests, comments, or other content, we process the titles, body text, images or attachments, file attributes, prices or budgets, contact details, AI generation declarations, and activity records you submit for information storage, publishing management, display, and related services. When you submit source or authorization materials as required for publishing, or when additional materials are needed because of a specific complaint, rights dispute, or indication of risk, we may also process necessary copyright documentation, chains of authorization, explanations of the creative process, and handling records. This information processing does not mean that the platform makes substantive determinations regarding the originality, ownership, or authenticity of every uploaded work. Publicly posted body text and attachments may be viewed by others. Before submission, please distinguish content intended for public display from materials intended only for identity verification, onboarding processing, or investigation of a specific dispute, and do not include unnecessary identity document numbers, financial accounts, detailed residential addresses, or other people’s private information in public content. Where third-party personal information is involved, you should have a lawful basis and limit it to what is necessary. If communications about requests or custom work involve off-platform contact, payments, or file transfers, the recipients should also bear their personal information processing responsibilities under the law. On-platform posting records alone cannot substitute for management of all off-platform conduct by this platform; this does not exempt the platform from the responsibilities it bears under the law for its own processing activities.

8. Invoicing, Settlement, and Withdrawals

When you request an invoice, we process the invoice title, necessary taxpayer identification number, order, amount, and delivery method; when handling merchant settlement and withdrawals, we process the payee or account name, necessary bank account and bank branch information, requested amount, service fees, review and payment status, transaction records, and supporting documents. Financial accounts are sensitive personal information and are processed only within the scope necessary for the corresponding business activity, with notice, separate consent, and other requirements fulfilled as required by law. Current manual settlement handling, checking, and recording are also subject to this policy; submitting an application does not mean that the platform or bank has completed the transfer.

9. Customer Service, Complaints, and Rights Requests

When you contact the platform or submit a support ticket, infringement complaint, appeal, or request to exercise personal information rights, we process necessary contact details, account or order identifiers, problem descriptions, communications, relevant evidence, and handling records. To avoid disclosing information to unauthorized persons, identity verification appropriate to the request may be necessary. For infringement complaints and other matters that need to be forwarded, we will forward notices and evidence to the relevant parties within the scope required by law and necessary for the matter, redacting or summarizing unrelated sensitive information as needed. Please do not submit complete sets of identity documents, bank card images, or passwords that are unrelated to the issue.

10. Necessary Service Notices and Optional Marketing

As needed for our services, we use the contact details you provide to send necessary notices concerning verification codes, account security, orders, reviews, settlement, after-sales services, or important rule changes. Nonessential processing, such as marketing messages and personalized recommendations, should be based on a valid, voluntary choice, with ways to unsubscribe, disable it, or contact the platform to withdraw consent; preselected checkboxes do not replace consent. Turning off marketing does not affect necessary service notices. For users who withdraw marketing consent, we may retain the unsubscribe records needed to avoid sending further messages, but we will not continue using them for marketing.

IV. Cookies, Local Storage, and External Resources

The website uses cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, shopping processes, security verification, and necessary preferences. You may manage, delete, or restrict these records through your browser; disabling necessary records may make login, checkout, or certain account functions unavailable. Nonessential advertising, marketing, or personalized tracking should be enabled only after a valid choice has been obtained as required by law. We will not automatically treat all cookies as necessary, nor interpret clearing browser records as closing an account or canceling an order that has already been placed. When a web page loads fonts, images, scripts, or other resources hosted by a third party, your browser may transmit your IP address, request time, browser information, and necessary source information to that provider. Such requests may involve personal information processing even if you are not asked to actively enter information; where recipients outside the Chinese mainland are involved, Section VII of this policy must also be followed. This general description does not exempt newly added resource services from providing separate notice and obtaining consent where required by law.

V. Third-party Services, Entrusted Processing, and Sharing

The website relies on services such as cloud storage, communications, payments, and authentication to operate. We distinguish between entrusted processors and independent processors according to the actual service relationship. For entrusted parties, we agree on the purposes, scope, duration, security measures, and requirements for return or deletion upon termination as required by law, and supervise their processing; when providing information to independent processors, we notify you of the recipients and relevant processing matters as required by law and obtain applicable separate consent or have another lawful basis.

1. Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS)

We use Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) in the Beijing region to host relevant assets, files, and resources. To enable uploading, storage, access control, and delivery, this service processes the corresponding files, necessary file metadata, and request and access logs. Files are classified according to their purposes as materials for public display or materials with restricted access; private identity documents and review materials are not provided as public assets. Providing storage services does not mean that the provider may freely use materials for unrelated purposes. Alibaba Cloud’s official privacy information and contact details are available in theAlibaba Cloud Privacy Policy. User business data involved in cloud services is processed under the corresponding service agreements and our lawful instructions; we continue to bear responsibility for personal information protection in the website services we provide to you.

2. Tencent QQ Mail Email Service

We use Tencent QQ Mail’s email sending service to provide you with necessary email notices and customer service communications. When sending an email, this service processes the recipient’s email address, email subject and body, necessary attachments, sending time, status, and relevant email transmission records. Any order information, verification codes, invoices, or issue-related materials included are limited to what is necessary for the purpose of that email. You do not need to give the platform your email password to receive emails from the website. Tencent’s relevant privacy information and contact channels for exercising your rights can be found through theTencent Privacy Protection Platformand the QQ Mail service pages. If recipients use another email service, the receipt and storage of their emails are also subject to that provider’s corresponding rules.

3. Alibaba Cloud SMS

We use Alibaba Cloud SMS to send verification codes and applicable necessary service notices. When you request a verification code or trigger a corresponding notice, the SMS service processes your mobile number, message content or template parameters, sending time, status, and necessary interface records to complete sending, receive delivery reports, and troubleshoot exceptions. Ordinary browsing that does not require an SMS does not require submitting a mobile number to that service. For Alibaba Cloud’s privacy information and contact channels, see the link in item 1 of this section.

4. Alibaba Cloud Financial-grade Real-person Authentication

Merchant identity verification uses Alibaba Cloud’s Financial-grade Real-person Authentication service. After you enter and confirm the corresponding verification process, the authentication service processes your name, identity document information, facial images or videos, liveness and comparison information, authentication reference number and results, and other information as needed for the business activity. This information is used to verify identity and prevent impersonation; the platform receives the results, reference numbers, and necessary review records required for the verification activity. The actual scope of information, retention rules for each party, and alternative verification methods must be clearly stated in a specific notice before verification. The platform separately manages the identity documents and review materials it retains and the facial information processed by the authentication service provider, and does not equate “retaining authentication results” with all participants refraining from processing original facial information. For the privacy information and contact channels of Alibaba Cloud services, see the link in item 1 of this section; any more specific explanations on the dedicated authentication page should also be read. Separate consent required by law is obtained before the relevant processing begins.

5. Alipay and WeChat Pay

The website provides Alipay and WeChat Pay payment channels. Only when you select a channel and enter its payment or related refund process do we transmit the order amount, product or service description, business order identifier, and necessary associated information required to complete the transaction to that payment service, and receive payment, refund, and reconciliation results. If a channel is temporarily unavailable, the methods shown as available on the payment page at that time apply. Alipay payment services are provided by Alipay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. Its official service pages provide access to therelevant service agreements and privacy policy, or you may call 95188. WeChat Pay services are provided by Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. For details of personal information processing and contact channels, see theTenpay Privacy Policy. Payment institutions also independently perform account authentication, payment security checks, and verification required by law in accordance with their rules; this does not give the platform access to all of your account information held by those institutions.

6. Google Fonts Web Fonts

The current web pages reference external Google Fonts resources involving fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When your browser loads these resources, it may send your IP address, request time, browser information, and necessary source information to Google LLC and its corresponding service entities to respond to font resource requests; whether requests are sent and completed is also affected by browser caching, network conditions, and security settings. This service may involve receipt or processing outside the Chinese mainland and cannot be treated as local font loading performed solely within the website server. For the recipient’s rules and contact channels for exercising your rights, see theGoogle Privacy Policy. The platform must still provide the corresponding notice of cross-border transfers, obtain necessary separate consent, and complete other applicable procedures as required by law; merely listing the service in this policy does not replace those requirements. You may contact us to learn about resource loading and related information processing arrangements.

7. Merchants on the Platform and Other Lawful Sharing

To complete your transactions, licensing, after-sales services, or invoicing with a particular merchant, we provide that merchant with relevant order, product, licensing, and after-sales information to the extent necessary. Payment records, complete identity documents, or other account information unrelated to that matter must not be shared arbitrarily. Merchants must not use information they obtain for promotion, sale, or other unrelated purposes without authorization. We do not sell personal information. If a merger, division, dissolution, bankruptcy, or business transfer requires an information transfer under the law, we will notify you of the recipient and its contact details and require it to continue fulfilling its protection obligations; if the recipient changes the original processing purposes or methods, it must provide renewed notice and obtain necessary consent as required by law. Except for business information that must be publicly disclosed by law, content you voluntarily make public, or circumstances with another lawful basis, the platform will not arbitrarily disclose personal information to the public. When providing materials to competent authorities, we follow their statutory powers and procedures and limit the materials to what is necessary.

Reporting Tax-related Information to Tax Authorities as Required by Law

To fulfill statutory obligations such as applicable internet platform tax-related information reporting requirements, we report necessary identity and income information about operators and workers on the platform to the competent tax authorities as prescribed. This includes entity names or personal names, unified social credit codes or necessary identity document information, business and contact information, income, refunds, order counts, and other items required by the applicable reporting categories; the specific scope, definitions, reporting intervals, and exemptions are limited to those in the applicable regulations. We do not arbitrarily expand reporting obligations into unrelated information collection, public disclosure, or sharing for marketing. We verify and protect the relevant information as required by law, and investigate and correct errors through the prescribed procedures when they are discovered; you may use the contact details listed in this policy to request verification or correction. Whether an invoice has been requested, a withdrawal has been made, or an account has been closed is not the sole basis for determining statutory reporting obligations, and this notice does not mean that the platform may be exempted from its own statutory responsibilities.

VI. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Personal information may be stored in the website database, restricted directories on the server and cloud storage. Our use of OSS does not mean that the platform never holds local copies. We apply access restrictions, transmission protection and necessary backups according to the nature of the information, and do not publish the full addresses of private materials on public pages. We determine retention periods using the following rules:

Information category	Retention rules
Account and optional profile information	Retained to provide account services. After account deletion or when the processing purpose no longer exists, the information is deleted or anonymized as required by law; any portion that must still be retained is subject to separate processing restrictions.
Seller identity, business entity information and necessary qualifications	Used for verification and management during the business relationship. After a seller leaves the platform, retained for at least three years under applicable requirements, or longer where required by law.
Asset, order, payment, refund, license and related after-sales records	Transaction information subject to statutory retention is kept for at least three years after the transaction is completed. Longer accounting, tax or other legally required periods apply where relevant. This does not justify retaining additional information unrelated to the transaction indefinitely.
Identity document images and identity verification materials	Limited to what is necessary for verification, retention of business operator identity information and dispute resolution. Identity materials that must be retained are handled according to the applicable periods. The three-year period for seller identity records does not automatically apply to raw facial data; the actual custodian, scope and shortest necessary retention period must be specified in the dedicated notice.
Cybersecurity logs	Relevant network logs subject to statutory retention are kept for at least six months. This clause does not justify indiscriminate, indefinite retention of ordinary browsing or preference records.
Invoices, financial records, settlement records and payment receipts	Retained in accordance with applicable accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
Customer service, complaint, rights request and consent records	Retained for the time needed to address the matter, demonstrate fulfillment of necessary duties and resolve disputes. Records subject to statutory retention are kept for the applicable periods.

When the retention period expires and there is no lawful need for further processing, we will delete or anonymize the information. Where the statutory retention period has not expired, or immediate deletion is temporarily difficult for technical reasons, we will stop processing other than storage and necessary security protection. Backup information is handled according to the backup management cycle. If a backup is restored, the original deletion and processing restrictions must be applied again; restoration must not be used to resume marketing or other unrelated uses.

VII. Cross-border transfers of personal information

Specific arrangements for cloud services, external web resources and remote access may affect where personal information is received. We do not equate domain registration, the server’s location or the use of a domestic service provider with a guarantee that no information ever crosses borders. If the actual business requires providing personal information overseas or allowing an overseas recipient to access it, we will, before that occurs, explain the recipient’s name and contact details, the purposes and methods of processing, the categories of information and the channels for exercising rights, as required by law. We will complete the applicable impact assessments, cross-border procedures and necessary separate consent requirements, and take protective measures. If legally required procedures have not been completed, the general descriptions in this policy will not be used as the basis for that processing.

VIII. Your rights and how to exercise them

Under applicable law, you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement and delete personal information; restrict or refuse unnecessary processing; withdraw consent; delete your account; and request explanations, among other rights. Where the prescribed conditions are met, you may also request that the information be transferred to a personal information processor you designate. You may first use the management options in your account, seller services or the relevant feature. If the required operation is not provided, the option is unavailable or you cannot complete it yourself, contact3521773536@qq.comor 13716058991. You do not need to purchase a membership to make a request. We will verify that the request relates to you or your authorized representative and ask only for necessary materials. If a request involves another person’s information, statutory retention obligations or circumstances where information cannot be provided directly under the law, we will explain the reason and the available ways to handle it. We will not use a blanket reference to “system limitations” to permanently reject reasonable requests. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of valid consent before withdrawal.

Account deletion

You may apply through the account deletion option in your account or through the contact channels above. Before proceeding, check any unfinished orders, after-sales matters, complaints, pending settlements or withdrawals, and save the order and license records you need. We will explain the actual outstanding matters and how they will be handled, and will not impose unreasonable requirements unrelated to account deletion. Once deletion is completed, access to the original account and online services provided through it will end. The handling of membership, download access and outstanding matters is explained in the Account Deletion Notice and the prompts shown during the process. Account deletion does not automatically revoke asset usage licenses you previously obtained lawfully that remain valid, nor does it extinguish legal obligations that have already arisen. Deleting an account is not the same as deleting all transaction, seller identity, financial and tax records. Information that must be retained will remain protected and subject to processing restrictions for the legally required periods, after which it will be deleted or anonymized as required by law. If you disagree with the response or outcome, you may request an explanation, complain to the authorities responsible for personal information protection, or bring legal proceedings.

IX. Protection of minors

Independent registration, purchasing, seller registration, identity verification, asset publishing, settlement and withdrawal services on this platform are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Users under 18 must not independently use these services. A guardian’s consent cannot be used to bypass the platform’s age requirement. We do not assume that restricting services to adults means we will never encounter minors’ information. If we discover information collected in error, we will verify the circumstances and take measures required by law, such as deletion, anonymization or necessary restrictions. Transaction, complaint and security materials that must be retained by law will be kept only to the extent necessary. For information relating to children under 14, guardian consent must be obtained as required by law and the special protection requirements must be followed. Guardians may use the contact details in this policy to request access, correction, deletion or other actions.

X. Automated rules and significant decisions

The website may use business rules to check membership eligibility, download allowances, unusual requests or transaction status. You may request an explanation and human review of an incorrect determination affecting your rights or interests. If we use personal information for automated decision-making, we must ensure transparency and fairness and must not impose unreasonable differential treatment in transaction prices or other conditions. When providing personalized recommendations or marketing, we will offer a non-personalized option or a convenient way to refuse, as required by law. For decisions significantly affecting your personal rights or interests, you may request an explanation and, as permitted by law, refuse a decision made solely through automated decision-making. Personalized recommendations or AI features that have not been launched are not considered enabled merely because this clause describes the applicable rules.

XI. Security and incident response

We take the technical and organizational measures necessary for the processing risks, including transmission protection, access permissions, restricted access to sensitive materials, necessary activity records and backups. Security measures must match the actual system. A statement that encryption is used cannot guarantee that no risk exists in any circumstances. If a personal information breach, alteration or loss occurs or may occur, we will promptly take remedial measures and fulfill our legal notification obligations to the relevant authorities and affected individuals. The notice will explain the types of information involved, possible effects, actions taken, steps you can take to protect yourself and contact details. Where the law permits no individual notification, the applicable rules will be followed. Please contact us through the official website and the public contact details above, and safeguard your passwords, verification codes, identity documents and payment information. Notify the platform promptly if you discover that your account has been compromised or sensitive information has been exposed.

XII. Policy updates

If this policy needs to be adjusted because of changes to features, recipients, processing purposes, information categories, retention arrangements or legal requirements, we will update the version and effective date on this page. Changes that significantly affect your rights or interests will be brought to your attention through appropriate prominent notices, and fresh consent will be obtained where necessary. Publishing a new version does not replace a notice or separate consent that should be completed before a particular feature is used. For privacy questions, complaints and rights requests, contact:3521773536@qq.com, 13716058991. Our contact address is Room 335-1, 3rd Floor, No. 113 Gucheng West Road, Shijingshan District, Beijing, Yunshui Guanjia (Beijing) Consulting Co., Ltd.

XIII. Additional information about online creative tools

This supplement explains how the current creative tools actually process information. It does not grant new permissions to commercially use, publicly distribute or train models on your unpublished source files, nor does it replace any specific notice and consent required by law. Local editing and export:Imported files are used for editing, previewing and exporting in the relevant tool. Saving a local project in the current image tool, and importing or exporting locally in the video tool, are not the same as uploading to the cloud. Some tools save drafts or recovery information in the current browser. Features differ between tools; “local editing” does not mean that no network requests occur throughout the entire process. Cloud saving:When you actively use an explicit upload or save function, such as “Save to cloud” in the PPT tool, project content and resources such as images needed to maintain the project are transferred to the platform so they can be saved, restored and displayed for you to manage. Processing occurs only when you use that function and to the extent necessary. Logging in or purchasing a membership does not give the platform blanket permission to upload all your local files. Account, entitlements and asset services:Actions such as verifying login status, checking membership features, searching for or inserting assets from this website, and saving or retrieving projects access the platform’s relevant services. They process the necessary account identifiers, entitlements and order information, project identifiers and activity records to check permissions, deliver content, troubleshoot issues and maintain security. Asset licenses and creative tool membership benefits are assessed separately. Management and deletion:You may manage or delete saved cloud projects through the relevant project management options. You manage local project files yourself. Browser drafts can be removed using the tool’s clearing function or by clearing this website’s browser storage. Clearing local drafts is not the same as deleting cloud projects, and logging out does not clear all local files. Any necessary backups, dispute-related records or statutory retention after deletion are handled under the relevant provisions of this policy; unrelated data will not be retained indefinitely. Do not upload third-party materials you have no right to process or sensitive personal information unrelated to your creative work. If new third-party recipients, processing purposes or information categories are introduced in the future, the platform will provide further notice based on the actual circumstances and obtain the relevant consent where required by law. This explanation does not pre-authorize features that are not yet available.
