版本:1.2 Publication date: September 29, 2026 Effective date: September 29, 2026 ZipGet (zipget.cn) is operated by 云税管家(北京)顾问咨询有限公司. We respect copyright, trademark rights and other lawful rights and interests. This guide governs notices alleging that products, previews, comments, request information and other content on the platform infringe intellectual property, likeness, name, privacy or other civil rights. It also applies to complaints about content operated directly by the platform. For content uploaded by users and sellers, the platform provides information storage, display and transaction-related technical services. Uploaders are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content and licensing information. Listing and displaying a work does not mean that the platform guarantees its originality or ownership. This procedure provides for receiving notices, taking necessary measures and forwarding notices and statements in accordance with the law. It does not replace determinations of rights and liability by administrative authorities, arbitration bodies or people's courts. You may pursue remedies directly under the law without first completing the platform's complaint procedure.

I. How to Submit a Complaint

  • Complaints email: 3521773536@qq.com
  • Phone: 13716058991
  • Mailing address: Room 335-1, 3rd Floor, No. 113 Gucheng West Road, Shijingshan District, Beijing
  • Addressee: 云税管家(北京)顾问咨询有限公司 (ZipGet Copyright Complaints)
We suggest using “Infringement complaint + product ID or link” as the email subject. If the same matter involves multiple links, list the links with corresponding explanations so that the content can be located accurately. For urgent dissemination, disclosure of sensitive personal information or similar situations, explain the urgency in your email and also alert us by telephone.

II. Information Required for a Complaint

Please provide the materials necessary to identify the complainant, locate the content complained of and provide preliminary evidence of infringement:
  1. The complainant's authentic identity and contact information. Individuals should provide their name and a reachable email address or telephone number. Organizations should provide their name, necessary proof of legal identity and the contact details of the person handling the matter. An authorized representative must also explain the agency relationship and provide proof of authorization.
  2. The rights claimed and evidence of ownership. Identify the rights, work or mark for which you seek protection and explain why you are the rights holder or entitled to submit the complaint. You may provide one or more relevant materials, such as original creation files, process records, a lawful chain of authorization, first-publication records, work registrations, trademark registrations or judicial documents. Registration of rights is not a prerequisite for every complaint; materials should correspond to the specific rights claimed.
  3. The precise content complained of. Provide complete links within the website, product or content IDs, titles, page screenshots and the specific portions requiring action. A general store name alone will usually be insufficient to locate all the content.
  4. A preliminary explanation of the alleged infringement. Explain the relationship between the original work and the content complained of, the portions used without permission, facts showing use beyond the license scope or other grounds for alleging infringement, and attach necessary comparison materials.
  5. The action requested and confirmation of authenticity. Specify the measures you request, confirm that the materials are authentic and that the rights and authorizations you claim are accurately described, and confirm your submission by signature, seal or another method that establishes the submitter's intent.
We request additional materials only to the extent necessary to verify identity and handle the dispute. We do not impose a blanket requirement that every complaint include both sides of an identity card, the legal representative's identity card or a notarized document. Copies of identity documents may be marked “For verification of this ZipGet infringement complaint only,” with information unrelated to verification redacted. Do not send account passwords, payment passwords or personal information unrelated to the complaint.

III. Receipt and Necessary Measures

After receiving a complaint, we promptly register it and check the location of the content, authentic identity information and preliminary evidence. If materials are insufficient, we explain what must be supplemented. We do not automatically delay action on identifiable portions supported by preliminary evidence, or on circumstances requiring immediate action under the law, merely because other materials remain incomplete. Taking into account the type of rights, preliminary evidence, service type, potential harm and urgency, we promptly take necessary measures required by law, such as removal, blocking, disabling links, restricting display or downloads, delisting or suspending related transactions. We also promptly forward the complaint notice to the relevant content provider. Where the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networks apply and require immediate removal or disabling of links, we follow those provisions. If forwarding is not possible, we make the corresponding announcement as required by law. Where the platform knows or should know of infringement, it does not delay necessary measures on the ground that no complaint notice has yet been received. Materials that must be kept confidential by law, or processed to avoid harm to personal information, are appropriately redacted or summarized. For complaints about content operated directly by the platform, the platform directly checks the source, license and publication circumstances, takes necessary measures and provides feedback. It does not evade responsibility for directly operated products by claiming they were uploaded by a seller. These measures address risks based on the materials available at the time and do not constitute a final adjudication of infringement. Complex disputes over ownership, similarity or authorization may require further evidence or handling by a competent authority. The platform explains the processing status, additional information required or outcome. It does not replace its obligation to act promptly with unrealistic fixed promises such as resolving every dispute within 24 hours.

IV. How the Complained-Against Party Can Object

A complained-against party who believes that its content does not infringe rights may submit a statement of non-infringement (counter-notice) to the email address above and provide:
  1. Its real name or entity name, necessary proof of identity and agency, and contact information;
  2. The subject of the complaint and the links or content IDs affected by the measures;
  3. Reasons and preliminary evidence of non-infringement, such as original creation records, a complete authorization chain, license text, explanations of the license term and permitted uses, or materials supporting another lawful basis for use;
  4. Confirmation that the materials are authentic and the statements accurate, together with a signature or seal.
Please submit this as soon as possible after receiving the notice. The platform will not treat a failure to submit within three working days alone as an admission of infringement or a permanent loss of the right to appeal. Further explanations may be needed if the materials do not correspond to the complaint or the chain of ownership is incomplete.

V. Forwarding Counter-Notices and Subsequent Handling

After receiving a counter-notice that meets legal requirements, we promptly forward it to the complainant and inform the complainant that it may lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities or bring an action in a people's court. If the complainant has already started the corresponding proceedings, please promptly provide verifiable notices, acceptance or case-filing documents and an explanation linking them to the matter. For intellectual property complaints subject to the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, if the platform receives no notice within fifteen days after the forwarded counter-notice reaches the rights holder that the rights holder has lodged a complaint with the relevant authorities or brought an action in a people's court, it will promptly terminate the measures taken as required by law. In other circumstances, forwarding, waiting periods and restoration rules are determined under applicable provisions, including the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networks. Where the law requires prompt restoration or other handling, those requirements apply. The platform explains the applicable process in the corresponding notice and does not mechanically apply the same period to every type of right. If the complainant withdraws the complaint, the parties reach a valid settlement, or a competent authority provides a handling opinion, the platform checks the materials and adjusts the measures in accordance with the law. If the content separately involves unlawful conduct, infringement or a breach of valid platform rules, the platform explains the independent basis for handling it, rather than indefinitely continuing complaint measures whose basis no longer exists.

VI. Authenticity of Materials, Privacy and Record Retention

Both complainants and complained-against parties must submit materials in good faith. They must not fabricate evidence, conceal material authorizations, impersonate others or use complaints to disrupt legitimate business. A party whose erroneous notice causes harm bears liability as required by law. Malicious erroneous notices and similar circumstances give rise to the corresponding liability under applicable law. Legitimate rights enforcement, good-faith objections or evidence needing supplementation do not automatically constitute bad faith. The platform may address obvious abuse, repeated harassment or fabricated materials in accordance with the law, but will not use account restrictions or similar measures to deprive genuine rights holders of their statutory rights to complain, appeal or bring proceedings. Where abnormal submission methods are restricted, lawful, usable channels for rights enforcement will remain available. Complaint materials are used only to the extent necessary for verification, forwarding, dispute handling, fulfillment of legal obligations and lawful rights enforcement. Forwarded materials generally include the disputed content, the basis of the rights claimed, and necessary identity and contact information. Unrelated identity document numbers, home addresses and other sensitive information will not be arbitrarily disclosed publicly. Provision to competent authorities, judicial bodies or others as required by law is handled according to statutory requirements. Where notices, statements and handling outcomes must be publicly disclosed by law, the platform promptly discloses them within the appropriate scope and appropriately processes personal information, trade secrets and other legally protected information that should not be made public. The platform retains complaints, counter-notices, forwarding records and handling records according to the nature of the information and its legal obligations. Transaction and seller identity information subject to statutory retention is kept for the corresponding statutory periods. Other materials are retained only for the period necessary for verification, dispute resolution and fulfillment of responsibilities, then deleted or anonymized as required by law. See the Privacy Policy for details of personal information processing.
