Request Board Rules
版本 1.2 · 生效时间 2026-10-14 18:36:40
版本:1.2 Publication date: September 29, 2026 Effective date: September 29, 2026 The Zipget Request Board is operated by Yunshui Guanjia (Beijing) Consulting Co., Ltd. It is used to publicly display requests for digital assets, express interest in the same request, and allow eligible merchants to independently create and submit related products. These Rules apply to posting, browsing, expressing interest in the same request, responding, and displaying associated products. Before posting, please confirm that request content and attachment previews permitted for public display may be displayed publicly, while original attachments are provided according to expressly stated access permissions; a budget expresses intent only; “I’ll Create This” does not mean acceptance of an exclusive commission; and related products must still be separately selected and purchased through their product pages. The Request Board does not collect request budgets, hold deposits in escrow, or release payments following staged acceptance.I. Scope of Request Board Services
- Under the current process, a user signs in, submits a request, and confirms the rules; the request may be displayed after passing publication checks. Other users may express interest in the same request under the conditions shown on the page. Merchants with product publication permissions may enter the submission process through “I’ll Create This,” create a related product, and submit it. Once the product is approved for listing under the existing publication process, a link to it is displayed according to the valid association. Publication checks and listing procedures do not constitute a substantive Platform assessment of the originality or ownership of uploaded works, or the authenticity of requests.
- Posting a request or clicking “+1 Same Request” or “I’ll Create This” does not in itself establish a request order, exclusive order acceptance, or an exclusive custom-order contract. These actions do not cause the Platform to collect the request budget. The Platform does not guarantee that a merchant will respond, that a product will meet subjective expectations, or that creation will be completed within the desired time.
- Multiple merchants may independently create and submit products in response to the same request. Being the first to click, the first to submit, or having a product already listed does not create exclusive rights or automatically deprive other eligible merchants of the opportunity to respond. The Platform manages product publication status and request associations, and handles specific complaints and risk indicators in accordance with the law; display of an associated product does not mean that the Platform guarantees ownership of the work or that the product fully meets the request.
- Related products are generally offered publicly to eligible Platform users. Posting a request does not automatically grant free use, priority purchase rights, copyright, or an exclusive license. Product content, prices, and the actual scope of the license are determined by the corresponding product descriptions and transaction terms.
- This feature does not accept requests framed as public rewards offering “payment upon completion,” or payment promises made in the Platform’s name. If a user separately makes a legally binding declaration, its effect and the resulting liability are determined according to the law and the parties’ actual conduct. These Rules alone cannot negate obligations that have already been lawfully established; the Platform does not thereby automatically become the commissioning party, payer, or guarantor.
- Private custom-order services, apps, online AI generation, escrow payments, and other functions not yet available are not deemed to have been provided by virtue of these Rules. If they become available in the future, their service stages, fees, and applicable rules must be explained separately.
II. Eligibility and Account Security
- Request posters must sign in and complete necessary security verification as required on the current page, and submit truthful, lawful, and clear requests. Merchants responding to requests and submitting products must also have the relevant onboarding status and publication permissions.
- Users must manage their accounts securely, must not impersonate others or artificially inflate activity in bulk, and must not use automation or other improper means to interfere with publication processing, display, same-request interest statistics, or product associations.
- If you discover unauthorized activity, promptly take steps to stop the risk, preserve evidence, and contact the Platform. Liability is determined according to the actual facts and fault; account theft and other irregularities are not attributed to the account holder in every case.
- Users under 18 must not use this feature to circumvent the age requirements for Platform registration, posting, purchasing, or merchant onboarding; public browsing that does not require signing in is governed separately by the applicable rules. Do not disclose sensitive information about yourself or other minors in public requests, or use Request Board features to induce minors to enter into inappropriate transactions or provide private information.
III. Posted Content, Budgets, and Validity Periods
- Enter the title, asset type, and description as prompted on the page. You may specify requirements such as use, audience, content structure, style, colors, format, page count, duration, or quantity. Technical limits on text length and file formats, counts, and sizes are governed by the requirements expressly shown on the page before submission.
- Do not consume Platform resources with vague titles, duplicate posts, splitting content into multiple posts to flood the page, irrelevant advertisements, fabricated urgent matters, or misleading descriptions. When the Platform requests additions or changes, it must explain which content needs to be addressed.
- A budget expresses only a price expectation; it is not an advance payment, security deposit, Platform quotation, or purchase commitment. Merchants may set their prices independently in accordance with the law. The final transaction price and unavoidable charges must be clearly displayed before the specific transaction, and a request budget must not be treated as money already paid.
- The desired time and validity period express the requester’s schedule and are used to manage request display; they are not delivery deadlines promised by the Platform or merchants. After a request expires, is closed, or is deleted, whether new responses are accepted depends on its actual status. Product orders and licenses already established are not automatically revoked as a result.
- Request posters may use the functions available on the page or contact customer service to request correction or closure of their requests. Where publicly displayed content, others’ lawful rights and interests, or necessary record retention are involved, the Platform must handle the matter reasonably and must not use technical limitations as grounds to refuse a request it is legally required to accept.
IV. Public Content and Non-public Contact Details
- Request titles, types, descriptions, styles, budgets, validity periods, and attachment previews permitted for public display may be shown to the public. Original attachments are made available according to the access permissions expressly stated on the page. Original attachments are currently available to the request poster, administrators, and merchants with the relevant publication permissions; this does not mean that they are public to all visitors. Contact details marked as visible only to the Platform are used for publication processing, progress updates, security, or dispute handling, and are protected under the Privacy Policy; they are not provided to ordinary visitors or merchants as public request fields.
- Phone numbers, email addresses, or addresses that users include in public body text, images, or attachments do not automatically receive confidentiality protection merely because a separate non-public contact field exists. Please check and remove information unsuitable for public disclosure before submitting.
- Do not publicly disclose identity documents, bank cards, passwords, precise residential addresses, private contact details, biometric information, medical information, student lists, detailed information about minors, confidential client information, unpublished contracts, or other trade secrets. When examples are needed, obtain lawful authorization and sufficiently de-identify or anonymize the information; concealing names alone may not be enough.
- Reference attachments must be relevant to explaining the request and safe to use. Do not upload malicious programs, unlawful content, or files you have no right to make public. If the Platform discovers a disclosure or security risk, it may take necessary measures in accordance with the law, such as hiding the content or restricting access, and address the matter.
- If a request requires non-public client data or exclusive information, the current public Request Board is not suitable for handling it; do not upload the information first and then ask merchants to keep it confidential. You may first contact the Platform to find out whether another channel is already available with clear privacy arrangements. An inquiry must not be treated as the Platform’s acceptance of a custom commission.
V. Intellectual Property and Content Standards
- Request posters must have the right to make the submitted text, images, and files public. Reference materials serve only to explain the request and do not automatically authorize merchants to copy, adapt, sell, or sublicense their content.
- Do not request piracy, cracking, watermark removal, false attribution, license circumvention, or infringement of another person’s copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, or other lawful rights and interests. You may describe general styles, uses, and functions, but must not use terms such as “recreate” or “same design” as grounds to copy a work without authorization.
- Do not post unlawful information, fraud, insults or defamation, privacy-infringing content, discriminatory or hateful content, malicious advertising, or content that threatens cybersecurity. Harmful information that must be prevented by law must be handled according to the rules and actual risks.
- When using AI-generated or AI-synthesized reference materials or product content, you must proactively disclose this and label the content as required by the applicable requirements; do not maliciously remove, hide, or falsify the relevant labels. AI generation does not mean that content is inherently free of rights restrictions, nor does it mean that the Platform has provided an AI generation service.
- Merchants must independently verify the sources of rights in reference materials and their own works, and submit original or sufficiently licensed content. A request poster’s general ideas, themes, or intended-use requirements do not automatically give that person all intellectual property rights in a merchant’s product. Other legally established arrangements concerning creation and ownership are handled according to the law and the actual agreements.
- Users authorize the Platform only to undertake the storage, copying, format conversion, thumbnail processing, and public display necessary for request display, publication management, search, security, product association, notifications, and dispute handling. This license is non-exclusive, transfers no rights, and does not automatically permit the Platform to use attachments for arbitrary off-site commercial purposes or model training. Retention and use after a request is closed are limited to what is lawful and necessary.
VI. Publication Processing, Status, and Product Associations
- After submission, requests must be processed under the current publication process, including checks for information completeness, technical formats, and business rules. If information is incomplete, the content is unrelated to the business or duplicated, or there are specific indications of unlawful conduct or infringement, disclosure of secrets, or security risks, the Platform may request additional information, refuse publication, or take necessary measures in accordance with the law, and must explain the basis for its handling.
- For requests, attachments, and associated products uploaded by users and merchants, the Platform provides information storage, display, and related technical services. Uploaders are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of the information and evidence of rights they submit. Approval for a request to be displayed or a product to be listed does not constitute a substantive Platform assessment or guarantee of the request’s feasibility, ownership of attachments, or the extent to which a product meets the request. The Platform performs identity verification, notice handling, and other obligations corresponding to the services it actually provides as required by law; where it knows or should know of infringement, it will promptly take necessary measures in accordance with the law.
- Statuses actually shown on the page, such as “Pending Review,” “Awaiting Creation,” “Related Products Available,” and “Expired or Closed,” indicate progress in request publication processing or product association. “Review” is the name of a process status and does not indicate a substantive Platform assessment of a work’s originality, ownership, or authenticity. These statuses must not be understood as promises of payment, acceptance, or delivery, or as determinations of liability. Currently available links must be assessed according to the actual status and whether the product is publicly listed.
- Only products with valid associations that are publicly listed should be displayed as related products currently available for purchase. Products that are drafts, under review, rejected, or delisted must not be presented as delivered results. If a displayed count does not match the actual status, users may report it to the Platform for verification.
- If an associated product does not meet the request, infringes rights, or is falsely associated with the request, the Platform may adjust the association or take action regarding the product based on the evidence. Adjusting an association does not automatically cancel an order already lawfully established; transaction disputes are handled separately under the order rules.
VII. “+1 Same Request” and Ranking
- “+1 Same Request” expresses only interest in the same or similar assets. It is not a payment, reservation, crowdfunding contribution, or vote with binding effect, and it does not require the person clicking it to purchase a product.
- Eligibility, limits on repeated clicks, and necessary checks to prevent artificial activity are governed by the requirements expressly shown on the page. The Platform may identify and exclude abnormal traffic, bulk artificial activity, and other invalid statistics. If legitimate activity is incorrectly classified, the Platform must provide a means of feedback and review.
- Request ranking may take into account publicly displayed factors such as publication time, active status, and interest in the same request. Popularity is not a quality certification, performance guarantee, or projected sales amount. If paid promotion is offered in the future, clear labeling and rules must be provided as required by law; advertisements must not be disguised as organic popularity.
- Logs or device-related information needed to prevent artificial activity are processed under the Privacy Policy and only to the extent necessary. Preventing artificial activity must not be used as a reason to indiscriminately track users’ unrelated activities.
VIII. Merchant Responses and Purchases
- “I’ll Create This” directs merchants to the product publication process associated with the request; it is not confirmation to the request poster that an order has been accepted. Users without publication permissions must first complete the applicable onboarding procedures and must not submit products using another merchant’s identity.
- Merchants independently decide whether to invest in creation and must reasonably assess the request and rights-related risks. The Platform does not guarantee cost recovery or sales, and a request poster does not automatically become obliged to purchase merely because a merchant independently creates a product.
- Merchants must continue to comply with rules on product publication, copyright, quality, licensing, AI labeling, pricing, and listing management. They must not associate unrelated products with popular requests or induce transactions through unsupported descriptions such as “officially designated” or “accepted by the requester.”
- When purchasing a related product, users must visit the specific product page to check the content, license scope, price, applicable membership benefits, and delivery conditions, and then place an order through the ordinary product transaction process. Contract formation, payment, delivery, refunds, and other matters are handled under applicable law and the corresponding transaction terms; a blanket rule that “no payment means no contract under any circumstances” must not be imposed.
- Purchasing one related product grants no rights to other products and does not turn the request into an exclusive custom commission. After-sales service, download, infringement, and licensing issues are handled through the corresponding order or complaint channels; the request budget and page status cannot replace order evidence.
IX. Progress Updates, Complaints, and Appeals
- The Platform may use available on-site notifications, support tickets, or valid contact details provided by users to communicate publication processing, listing of related products, security matters, and disputes. A progress notification does not mean that the Platform has determined that the product fully meets the request. Necessary service notifications are not treated as authorization for advertising or marketing without permission.
- Users must promptly check available pages such as “My Requests” and their contact information. Whether a notification actually arrives and what legal effect it has are determined according to the specific facts and the law; a sending record does not categorically exclude Platform liability.
- If you believe that a request, attachment, or product infringes rights, discloses private information, or is unlawful, you may use an actually available reporting or support-ticket function, or the contact channels in these Rules, to provide the request number, identify the product, explain the rights or risk-related facts, and submit necessary evidence. Intellectual property notices, statements, and necessary measures are handled under the Infringement Complaint Guidelines and applicable law.
- For adverse measures such as delisting, closure, removal of an association, or restrictions on functions, the Platform must explain the facts, reasons, basis, and appeal channels. Where urgent risks require action before notice in accordance with the law, appropriate notice must be provided promptly. Users have the right to submit evidence and request review, and must not face retaliation for filing an appeal.
- The Platform must conduct timely, impartial reviews and communicate the results. If appeals are handled solely by AI or other technological means and the appellant requests a human determination, the matter must be handled through human determination. Do not fabricate complaints, maliciously inflate activity, or impersonate rights holders. Liability is determined according to the law based on each party’s actual conduct and fault, without presuming that request posters or merchants bear full liability for every dispute.
X. Service Adjustments, Rule Changes, and Governing Law
- The Platform may adjust display and technical measures for security, compliance, and reasonable operational needs, and must avoid unjustifiably harming users’ existing rights and interests. Faults or maintenance may cause delays; the Platform must take reasonable recovery and loss-mitigation measures and bear the liability required by law, without claiming a blanket exemption for all technical issues.
- When introducing new rules or amending these Rules after this version goes live, the Platform will seek comments in accordance with the law and prominently highlight material changes. Public notice will normally be given at least seven days before implementation; in significant or other circumstances specified by law, at least fifteen days’ advance notice will be given, with a reasonable transition period based on the impact. Matters involving charges are also subject to the applicable requirements for seeking comments, clearly displaying prices, and obtaining confirmation.
- Preselected boxes or a general statement of “continued use” will not replace active consent where required by law. Users who do not accept changes may stop using the relevant functions or request withdrawal in accordance with the law. Existing orders, lawful licenses, and fees that must be refunded will be handled appropriately under the original terms and the law.
- The current version and initial publication date of these Rules appear at the top of this page. Specific actions and confirmations are governed by authentic and valid business records; subsequent historical versions will be made available for consultation as required by the applicable requirements.
- These Rules are governed by the current laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, or by filing complaints, requesting mediation, or bringing proceedings before a people’s court with jurisdiction in accordance with the law. The Platform has no unilateral right of final interpretation and does not exclude remedies available to users under the law.
