版本:1.2 Publication date: September 29, 2026 Effective date: September 29, 2026 This statement explains asset sources, license scopes and the responsibilities of each party. It applies to digital assets displayed, provided and traded on the ZipGet website (zipget.cn), and related content posted on the platform by users and sellers. The website is operated by 云税管家(北京)顾问咨询有限公司. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited is not excluded or limited by this statement's title or content.I. The Platform and Asset Providers
For content uploaded by users and sellers, ZipGet provides information storage, display, search, download delivery and transaction-related technical services. Uploaders are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the assets, source descriptions and licensing information they submit, and must hold the relevant rights. The platform may also sell assets clearly identified as sold directly by the platform. The provider, licensing arrangements and deliverables for each product are as stated on the product page, in the order and in the corresponding license documents. For directly operated products, the platform bears the corresponding business operator responsibilities under the law; for sellers' products, the seller fulfills the obligations to provide the product, grant the license and provide after-sales service. The platform verifies business operators and necessary qualifications as required by law and fulfills statutory obligations, including notice handling, according to the services it actually provides. The platform does not promise to substantively assess the originality, ownership or authenticity of the license for every uploaded work. Listing and displaying a work does not constitute such a guarantee.II. Asset Sources and Ownership of Rights
Assets may include original works created by the platform or sellers, works lawfully licensed to them, and resources provided under CC0, open-source licenses or similar rules. Products must accurately describe their sources and license conditions. Copied, misappropriated or unauthorized-to-sublicense works must not be presented as original works or assets licensed for commercial use. Purchasing, downloading, joining a membership or obtaining editable files generally grants a license within the agreed scope. It does not automatically transfer copyright or grant exclusive rights, resale rights, sublicensing rights or trademark registration rights. A copyright transfer or exclusive license requires a clear, valid agreement and an appropriate basis in rights. Text, photographs, illustrations, audio and video, fonts, icons, software templates and other components in a product may be subject to different licenses. License information, open-source licenses and necessary rights notices included with the product should be checked and retained together with the files.III. Free Access, Membership and Commercial Use
“Free” describes the price or download entitlement for obtaining a product; it does not mean that no conditions apply to its use. “Available for members to download” and “Member discount” also do not grant an unlimited license to every asset on the site. Membership benefits are those clearly displayed and agreed at purchase. The license scope of each asset must still be checked separately. Personal Non-commercial, Commercial—1 Year, Commercial—Perpetual and other licensing options are governed by the options actually offered for the product and the terms of the order. Before use, check the licensed party, permitted uses, term, number of people or devices covered, whether client projects are allowed, and any third-party component restrictions. A personal license does not automatically become a company or multi-user license when used for work. If your intended use is not expressly covered, contact the platform for confirmation first. The platform or a seller cannot use a product page to expand third-party rights that it has not obtained. “Commercial use permitted” does not mean that permission has been obtained for all people, trademarks, buildings, artworks, special symbols or other third-party rights represented in a work.IV. CC0, Open-Source Fonts and Third-Party Licenses
For resources identified as CC0, copyright and related rights arrangements must be assessed according to an authentic, verifiable CC0 declaration and applicable law. CC0 does not automatically cover trademarks, patents, likeness, names, privacy or other rights, nor does it mean that people or organizations depicted in a work endorse your product or activity. Open-source fonts and other open-source resources must be used in accordance with their accompanying licenses. Check separately whether embedding, modification, standalone redistribution and delivery with a project are permitted, and whether the license must be retained or a new name used. “Open source” and “Free for commercial use” are not reasons to disregard the license text. This platform does not use this statement to restrict uses already permitted by a third-party license. Account, download allowance and access rules for platform services apply separately from rights you have already obtained under a valid CC0 or open-source license. Where a product contains content from multiple rights sources, use each part under its corresponding license.V. Use Restrictions and Public Distribution
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license or otherwise validly authorized, do not repackage restricted assets or editable source files for sale, distribute them publicly through cloud drives or asset libraries, share download accounts with others, or copy the main content to provide a substitute for the original product to others. Do not remove or alter attribution, license details, copyright management information or generated/synthetic content labels that must be retained under the law or the license. Assets must not be used for unlawful activities, impersonation, misleading endorsements or infringement of third-party rights. People, trademarks, school emblems, organizational logos and similar content in a product must not be presumed to be authorized by the relevant parties. Before using assets in advertising, commercial promotion, publication or other specific contexts, verify the permissions and compliance requirements for that use. You may contact the platform with questions about product quality, licensing, delivery or permitted uses. These reasonable use requirements do not affect consumers' statutory rights to information, after-sales service, compensation or other remedies.VI. AI-Generated or AI-Assisted Content
Providers of products containing AI-generated or synthetic content must describe this accurately and make declarations, apply labels and conduct necessary rights checks as required by applicable law and the publishing page. When publishing generated or synthetic content online, users must fulfill the declaration and labeling obligations that apply to them and must not maliciously remove, alter, forge or conceal labels required by law. “Made using AI” does not by itself establish that content is an original work, guarantee copyright protection or eliminate infringement risks. Rights status must be assessed in light of the particular human creative contributions, input materials, tool licenses and generated results. Providers must make truthful declarations and check their basis in rights. The platform fulfills labeling management, notice handling and other obligations required by law according to the services it actually provides. This statement does not mean that the website already provides online AI generation, model training or other features that have not yet been made available. If such services are introduced, their applicable rules will be explained before use.VII. Infringement Notices, Necessary Measures and Limitations of Liability
Rights holders who believe uploaded content infringes their rights may submit a notice through Complaints & reports or the contact details listed in this statement, providing authentic identity information, the precise location of the allegedly infringing content and preliminary evidence of infringement. The platform promptly forwards notices as required by law and, according to the preliminary evidence and service type, takes necessary measures such as removal, blocking, disabling links, or restricting display or downloads. Where the platform knows or should know of infringement, it takes necessary measures as required by law. The complained-against party may submit a statement of non-infringement and preliminary evidence as provided by law. The platform forwards the statement and handles subsequent measures according to applicable law. Forwarding, waiting and restoration rules for different rights and service types follow the Infringement Complaint Guide and legal requirements. Evidence preservation, timestamps, work registration or publication records alone do not amount to a final determination of ownership. Complaints concerning directly operated content are handled directly by the platform; related transactions and after-sales matters are handled under the law and valid agreements. For content uploaded by users and sellers, the platform applies the relevant limitations of liability under the law where the conditions prescribed by the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networks and other applicable laws are met, commonly known as the “safe harbor rules.” Whether those conditions are met is determined under the law according to the specific nature of the service, actual conduct, knowledge, benefits received, notice handling and other facts. The platform charges service fees under the disclosed and applicable transaction rules; this statement does not change the actual fee arrangements. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains governed by law.VIII. Contact Details and Applicable Rules
