You may use the email address, telephone number, or contact address above to request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, withdrawal of consent, account closure, complaint handling, or an explanation. We will verify the identity information necessary and appropriate for your request and, as a general rule, respond within fifteen working days after receiving a complete request. If a genuinely complex situation requires further handling, we will explain the reason, progress, and expected arrangements; where the law imposes a stricter deadline, we will follow that deadline. The response deadline is not the deadline for deleting all information.

II. Processing Principles and Legal Bases

We process personal information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, propriety, necessity, and good faith, for clearly defined purposes and within the minimum necessary scope, and take responsibility for the corresponding processing activities. Depending on the specific circumstances, we process information on the basis of your valid consent, necessity for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, necessity for the fulfillment of a statutory obligation, or another basis permitted by law. III. Information We Process in Different Situations

The following explains the scope of information by situation. “As needed” means that information is processed only when you use the corresponding function or the relevant matter actually arises; it does not mean that we may arbitrarily expand the scope of collection.

1. Browsing, Search, and Secure Operation

4. Orders, Payments, Licensing, Downloads, and After-sales Services

When you purchase digital assets, activate a membership, download files, or request after-sales services, we process your account identifier, product name and number, provider, license type, order number, transaction price, membership or promotional information, payment channel, transaction identifier and status, refund records, download time and necessary IP address or frequency records, license documentation, and the after-sales materials you submit. This information is used to confirm transactions, fulfill licensing and delivery obligations, verify download eligibility, reconcile accounts, issue refunds, resolve disputes, and prevent abnormal use. Some delivered files may contain identifiers used to link them to orders, verify licenses, or investigate unauthorized distribution; we should limit the scope of personally identifiable information they contain and must not display your complete identity documents, payment accounts, or other unrelated sensitive information in public previews. Payments are processed by the payment service provider you actually select. The platform receives the payment results and transaction identifiers needed to complete orders, and does not ask you to provide payment passwords, bank card passwords, or payment verification codes to platform customer service. When you apply for merchant services as an individual, an individual industrial and commercial household, or an enterprise, we process your name or entity name, contact details, identity document information, business license and necessary business qualifications, information about the person in charge or the representative handling the application, authorization relationships, store name and description, business categories, and the review process and results, according to your entity type and actual verification requirements. These materials are used to verify the business entity, review eligibility for onboarding, fulfill the platform’s verification obligations, manage transactions, and handle disputes. Identity document numbers, document images, and information relating to specific identities are protected as sensitive personal information. Documents and other review materials serve different purposes from public store descriptions and must not be displayed as public assets merely because an onboarding application has been submitted. The merchant entity’s name, business qualifications that must be disclosed by law, and store information the merchant chooses to make public will be displayed only to the extent necessary to fulfill disclosure obligations and explain transactions. Before submitting information about representatives, employees, or other individuals to the platform, merchants should provide the necessary notice to those individuals and have a lawful basis for processing their information.

6. Real-name Authentication and Facial Verification

When the relevant verification function is actually enabled and you enter that process, the authentication service may process your name, identity document information, verification reference number, status, and time; if facial verification is used, it may also process facial images or videos, liveness information, and comparison results. Providing these materials is not a prerequisite for ordinary browsing. Facial information is sensitive personal information. Before verification is carried out, a specific notice should clearly identify the actual service provider, information types, processing methods, necessity, impact on individual rights and interests, and the scope and duration of retention by each party, and separate consent should be obtained as required by law. This policy or a general onboarding agreement cannot replace that notice and consent. We bear the corresponding protection obligations under the law for information processed by the platform or on its behalf. Where another non-facial method can achieve the same purpose or meet equivalent business requirements, we will not make facial recognition the only verification method; you may use the contact details in this policy to inquire about and request an applicable alternative. The parties that actually process original facial information, its retention arrangements, and retention periods are set out in the specific notice provided before verification. Such information should be deleted promptly once its purpose has been fulfilled and there is no lawful need for continued retention.

7. Product Publishing, Risk Handling, and Request Interactions

When you publish products, requests, comments, or other content, we process the titles, body text, images or attachments, file attributes, prices or budgets, contact details, AI generation declarations, and activity records you submit for information storage, publishing management, display, and related services. When you submit source or authorization materials as required for publishing, or when additional materials are needed because of a specific complaint, rights dispute, or indication of risk, we may also process necessary copyright documentation, chains of authorization, explanations of the creative process, and handling records. This information processing does not mean that the platform makes substantive determinations regarding the originality, ownership, or authenticity of every uploaded work. Publicly posted body text and attachments may be viewed by others. Before submission, please distinguish content intended for public display from materials intended only for identity verification, onboarding processing, or investigation of a specific dispute, and do not include unnecessary identity document numbers, financial accounts, detailed residential addresses, or other people’s private information in public content. Where third-party personal information is involved, you should have a lawful basis and limit it to what is necessary. If communications about requests or custom work involve off-platform contact, payments, or file transfers, the recipients should also bear their personal information processing responsibilities under the law. On-platform posting records alone cannot substitute for management of all off-platform conduct by this platform; this does not exempt the platform from the responsibilities it bears under the law for its own processing activities.

8. Invoicing, Settlement, and Withdrawals

When you request an invoice, we process the invoice title, necessary taxpayer identification number, order, amount, and delivery method; when handling merchant settlement and withdrawals, we process the payee or account name, necessary bank account and bank branch information, requested amount, service fees, review and payment status, transaction records, and supporting documents. Financial accounts are sensitive personal information and are processed only within the scope necessary for the corresponding business activity, with notice, separate consent, and other requirements fulfilled as required by law. Current manual settlement handling, checking, and recording are also subject to this policy; submitting an application does not mean that the platform or bank has completed the transfer.

9. Customer Service, Complaints, and Rights Requests

When you contact the platform or submit a support ticket, infringement complaint, appeal, or request to exercise personal information rights, we process necessary contact details, account or order identifiers, problem descriptions, communications, relevant evidence, and handling records. To avoid disclosing information to unauthorized persons, identity verification appropriate to the request may be necessary. For infringement complaints and other matters that need to be forwarded, we will forward notices and evidence to the relevant parties within the scope required by law and necessary for the matter, redacting or summarizing unrelated sensitive information as needed. 10. Necessary Service Notices and Optional Marketing

As needed for our services, we use the contact details you provide to send necessary notices concerning verification codes, account security, orders, reviews, settlement, after-sales services, or important rule changes. Nonessential processing, such as marketing messages and personalized recommendations, should be based on a valid, voluntary choice, with ways to unsubscribe, disable it, or contact the platform to withdraw consent; preselected checkboxes do not replace consent. Turning off marketing does not affect necessary service notices. For users who withdraw marketing consent, we may retain the unsubscribe records needed to avoid sending further messages, but we will not continue using them for marketing.

IV. Cookies, Local Storage, and External Resources

The website uses cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, shopping processes, security verification, and necessary preferences. You may manage, delete, or restrict these records through your browser; disabling necessary records may make login, checkout, or certain account functions unavailable. Nonessential advertising, marketing, or personalized tracking should be enabled only after a valid choice has been obtained as required by law. We will not automatically treat all cookies as necessary, nor interpret clearing browser records as closing an account or canceling an order that has already been placed. V. Third-party Services, Entrusted Processing, and Sharing

The website relies on services such as cloud storage, communications, payments, and authentication to operate. We distinguish between entrusted processors and independent processors according to the actual service relationship. For entrusted parties, we agree on the purposes, scope, duration, security measures, and requirements for return or deletion upon termination as required by law, and supervise their processing; when providing information to independent processors, we notify you of the recipients and relevant processing matters as required by law and obtain applicable separate consent or have another lawful basis.

1. Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS)

We use Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) in the Beijing region to host relevant assets, files, and resources. To enable uploading, storage, access control, and delivery, this service processes the corresponding files, necessary file metadata, and request and access logs. Files are classified according to their purposes as materials for public display or materials with restricted access; private identity documents and review materials are not provided as public assets. Providing storage services does not mean that the provider may freely use materials for unrelated purposes. Alibaba Cloud’s official privacy information and contact details are available in theAlibaba Cloud Privacy Policy. User business data involved in cloud services is processed under the corresponding service agreements and our lawful instructions; we continue to bear responsibility for personal information protection in the website services we provide to you.

2. Tencent QQ Mail Email Service

We use Tencent QQ Mail’s email sending service to provide you with necessary email notices and customer service communications. When sending an email, this service processes the recipient’s email address, email subject and body, necessary attachments, sending time, status, and relevant email transmission records. Any order information, verification codes, invoices, or issue-related materials included are limited to what is necessary for the purpose of that email. You do not need to give the platform your email password to receive emails from the website. Tencent’s relevant privacy information and contact channels for exercising your rights can be found through theTencent Privacy Protection Platformand the QQ Mail service pages. If recipients use another email service, the receipt and storage of their emails are also subject to that provider’s corresponding rules.

3. Alibaba Cloud SMS

We use Alibaba Cloud SMS to send verification codes and applicable necessary service notices. When you request a verification code or trigger a corresponding notice, the SMS service processes your mobile number, message content or template parameters, sending time, status, and necessary interface records to complete sending, receive delivery reports, and troubleshoot exceptions. Ordinary browsing that does not require an SMS does not require submitting a mobile number to that service. 4. Alibaba Cloud Financial-grade Real-person Authentication

Merchant identity verification uses Alibaba Cloud’s Financial-grade Real-person Authentication service. After you enter and confirm the corresponding verification process, the authentication service processes your name, identity document information, facial images or videos, liveness and comparison information, authentication reference number and results, and other information as needed for the business activity. This information is used to verify identity and prevent impersonation; the platform receives the results, reference numbers, and necessary review records required for the verification activity. The actual scope of information, retention rules for each party, and alternative verification methods must be clearly stated in a specific notice before verification. The platform separately manages the identity documents and review materials it retains and the facial information processed by the authentication service provider, and does not equate “retaining authentication results” with all participants refraining from processing original facial information. For the privacy information and contact channels of Alibaba Cloud services, see the link in item 1 of this section; any more specific explanations on the dedicated authentication page should also be read. Separate consent required by law is obtained before the relevant processing begins.

5. Alipay and WeChat Pay

The website provides Alipay and WeChat Pay payment channels. Only when you select a channel and enter its payment or related refund process do we transmit the order amount, product or service description, business order identifier, and necessary associated information required to complete the transaction to that payment service, and receive payment, refund, and reconciliation results. If a channel is temporarily unavailable, the methods shown as available on the payment page at that time apply. Alipay payment services are provided by Alipay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. Its official service pages provide access to therelevant service agreements and privacy policy, or you may call 95188. WeChat Pay services are provided by Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. For details of personal information processing and contact channels, see theTenpay Privacy Policy. Payment institutions also independently perform account authentication, payment security checks, and verification required by law in accordance with their rules; this does not give the platform access to all of your account information held by those institutions.

6. Google Fonts Web Fonts

The current web pages reference external Google Fonts resources involving fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When your browser loads these resources, it may send your IP address, request time, browser information, and necessary source information to Google LLC and its corresponding service entities to respond to font resource requests; whether requests are sent and completed is also affected by browser caching, network conditions, and security settings. This service may involve receipt or processing outside the Chinese mainland and cannot be treated as local font loading performed solely within the website server. For the recipient’s rules and contact channels for exercising your rights, see theGoogle Privacy Policy. The platform must still provide the corresponding notice of cross-border transfers, obtain necessary separate consent, and complete other applicable procedures as required by law; merely listing the service in this policy does not replace those requirements. You may contact us to learn about resource loading and related information processing arrangements.

7. Merchants on the Platform and Other Lawful Sharing

To complete your transactions, licensing, after-sales services, or invoicing with a particular merchant, we provide that merchant with relevant order, product, licensing, and after-sales information to the extent necessary. Payment records, complete identity documents, or other account information unrelated to that matter must not be shared arbitrarily. Merchants must not use information they obtain for promotion, sale, or other unrelated purposes without authorization. We do not sell personal information. If a merger, division, dissolution, bankruptcy, or business transfer requires an information transfer under the law, we will notify you of the recipient and its contact details and require it to continue fulfilling its protection obligations; if the recipient changes the original processing purposes or methods, it must provide renewed notice and obtain necessary consent as required by law. Except for business information that must be publicly disclosed by law, content you voluntarily make public, or circumstances with another lawful basis, the platform will not arbitrarily disclose personal information to the public. When providing materials to competent authorities, we follow their statutory powers and procedures and limit the materials to what is necessary.

Reporting Tax-related Information to Tax Authorities as Required by Law

To fulfill statutory obligations such as applicable internet platform tax-related information reporting requirements, we report necessary identity and income information about operators and workers on the platform to the competent tax authorities as prescribed. This includes entity names or personal names, unified social credit codes or necessary identity document information, business and contact information, income, refunds, order counts, and other items required by the applicable reporting categories; the specific scope, definitions, reporting intervals, and exemptions are limited to those in the applicable regulations. We do not arbitrarily expand reporting obligations into unrelated information collection, public disclosure, or sharing for marketing. We verify and protect the relevant information as required by law, and investigate and correct errors through the prescribed procedures when they are discovered; you may use the contact details listed in this policy to request verification or correction. Whether an invoice has been requested, a withdrawal has been made, or an account has been closed is not the sole basis for determining statutory reporting obligations, and this notice does not mean that the platform may be exempted from its own statutory responsibilities.

VI. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Personal information may be stored in the website database, restricted directories on the server and cloud storage. Our use of OSS does not mean that the platform never holds local copies. We apply access restrictions, transmission protection and necessary backups according to the nature of the information, and do not publish the full addresses of private materials on public pages. We determine retention periods using the following rules:

Account and optional profile information	Retained to provide account services. After account deletion or when the processing purpose no longer exists, the information is deleted or anonymized as required by law; any portion that must still be retained is subject to separate processing restrictions.
Seller identity, business entity information and necessary qualifications	Used for verification and management during the business relationship. After a seller leaves the platform, retained for at least three years under applicable requirements, or longer where required by law.
Asset, order, payment, refund, license and related after-sales records	Transaction information subject to statutory retention is kept for at least three years after the transaction is completed. Longer accounting, tax or other legally required periods apply where relevant. This does not justify retaining additional information unrelated to the transaction indefinitely.
Identity document images and identity verification materials	Limited to what is necessary for verification, retention of business operator identity information and dispute resolution. Identity materials that must be retained are handled according to the applicable periods. The three-year period for seller identity records does not automatically apply to raw facial data; the actual custodian, scope and shortest necessary retention period must be specified in the dedicated notice.
Cybersecurity logs	Relevant network logs subject to statutory retention are kept for at least six months. This clause does not justify indiscriminate, indefinite retention of ordinary browsing or preference records.
Invoices, financial records, settlement records and payment receipts	Retained in accordance with applicable accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
Customer service, complaint, rights request and consent records	Retained for the time needed to address the matter, demonstrate fulfillment of necessary duties and resolve disputes. Records subject to statutory retention are kept for the applicable periods.

When the retention period expires and there is no lawful need for further processing, we will delete or anonymize the information. Where the statutory retention period has not expired, or immediate deletion is temporarily difficult for technical reasons, we will stop processing other than storage and necessary security protection. Backup information is handled according to the backup management cycle. If a backup is restored, the original deletion and processing restrictions must be applied again; restoration must not be used to resume marketing or other unrelated uses.

VII. Cross-border transfers of personal information

Specific arrangements for cloud services, external web resources and remote access may affect where personal information is received. We do not equate domain registration, the server’s location or the use of a domestic service provider with a guarantee that no information ever crosses borders. If the actual business requires providing personal information overseas or allowing an overseas recipient to access it, we will, before that occurs, explain the recipient’s name and contact details, the purposes and methods of processing, the categories of information and the channels for exercising rights, as required by law. We will complete the applicable impact assessments, cross-border procedures and necessary separate consent requirements, and take protective measures. If legally required procedures have not been completed, the general descriptions in this policy will not be used as the basis for that processing.

VIII. Your rights and how to exercise them

Under applicable law, you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement and delete personal information; restrict or refuse unnecessary processing; withdraw consent; delete your account; and request explanations, among other rights. Where the prescribed conditions are met, you may also request that the information be transferred to a personal information processor you designate. You may first use the management options in your account, seller services or the relevant feature. You do not need to purchase a membership to make a request. We will verify that the request relates to you or your authorized representative and ask only for necessary materials. If a request involves another person’s information, statutory retention obligations or circumstances where information cannot be provided directly under the law, we will explain the reason and the available ways to handle it. We will not use a blanket reference to “system limitations” to permanently reject reasonable requests. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of valid consent before withdrawal.

Account deletion

You may apply through the account deletion option in your account or through the contact channels above. Before proceeding, check any unfinished orders, after-sales matters, complaints, pending settlements or withdrawals, and save the order and license records you need. We will explain the actual outstanding matters and how they will be handled, and will not impose unreasonable requirements unrelated to account deletion. Once deletion is completed, access to the original account and online services provided through it will end. The handling of membership, download access and outstanding matters is explained in the Account Deletion Notice and the prompts shown during the process. Account deletion does not automatically revoke asset usage licenses you previously obtained lawfully that remain valid, nor does it extinguish legal obligations that have already arisen. Deleting an account is not the same as deleting all transaction, seller identity, financial and tax records. Information that must be retained will remain protected and subject to processing restrictions for the legally required periods, after which it will be deleted or anonymized as required by law. If you disagree with the response or outcome, you may request an explanation, complain to the authorities responsible for personal information protection, or bring legal proceedings.

IX. Protection of minors

Independent registration, purchasing, seller registration, identity verification, asset publishing, settlement and withdrawal services on this platform are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Users under 18 must not independently use these services. A guardian’s consent cannot be used to bypass the platform’s age requirement. We do not assume that restricting services to adults means we will never encounter minors’ information. If we discover information collected in error, we will verify the circumstances and take measures required by law, such as deletion, anonymization or necessary restrictions. Transaction, complaint and security materials that must be retained by law will be kept only to the extent necessary. For information relating to children under 14, guardian consent must be obtained as required by law and the special protection requirements must be followed. Guardians may use the contact details in this policy to request access, correction, deletion or other actions.

X. Automated rules and significant decisions

The website may use business rules to check membership eligibility, download allowances, unusual requests or transaction status. You may request an explanation and human review of an incorrect determination affecting your rights or interests. If we use personal information for automated decision-making, we must ensure transparency and fairness and must not impose unreasonable differential treatment in transaction prices or other conditions. When providing personalized recommendations or marketing, we will offer a non-personalized option or a convenient way to refuse, as required by law. XI. Security and incident response

We take the technical and organizational measures necessary for the processing risks, including transmission protection, access permissions, restricted access to sensitive materials, necessary activity records and backups. Security measures must match the actual system. A statement that encryption is used cannot guarantee that no risk exists in any circumstances. If a personal information breach, alteration or loss occurs or may occur, we will promptly take remedial measures and fulfill our legal notification obligations to the relevant authorities and affected individuals. The notice will explain the types of information involved, possible effects, actions taken, steps you can take to protect yourself and contact details. Where the law permits no individual notification, the applicable rules will be followed. Please contact us through the official website and the public contact details above, and safeguard your passwords, verification codes, identity documents and payment information. Notify the platform promptly if you discover that your account has been compromised or sensitive information has been exposed.

XII. Policy updates

If this policy needs to be adjusted because of changes to features, recipients, processing purposes, information categories, retention arrangements or legal requirements, we will update the version and effective date on this page. Changes that significantly affect your rights or interests will be brought to your attention through appropriate prominent notices, and fresh consent will be obtained where necessary. This supplement explains how the current creative tools actually process information. It does not grant new permissions to commercially use, publicly distribute or train models on your unpublished source files, nor does it replace any specific notice and consent required by law. Local editing and export:Imported files are used for editing, previewing and exporting in the relevant tool. Saving a local project in the current image tool, and importing or exporting locally in the video tool, are not the same as uploading to the cloud. Some tools save drafts or recovery information in the current browser. Features differ between tools; “local editing” does not mean that no network requests occur throughout the entire process. Cloud saving:When you actively use an explicit upload or save function, such as “Save to cloud” in the PPT tool, project content and resources such as images needed to maintain the project are transferred to the platform so they can be saved, restored and displayed for you to manage. Processing occurs only when you use that function and to the extent necessary. Logging in or purchasing a membership does not give the platform blanket permission to upload all your local files. Account, entitlements and asset services:Actions such as verifying login status, checking membership features, searching for or inserting assets from this website, and saving or retrieving projects access the platform’s relevant services. They process the necessary account identifiers, entitlements and order information, project identifiers and activity records to check permissions, deliver content, troubleshoot issues and maintain security. Asset licenses and creative tool membership benefits are assessed separately. Management and deletion:You may manage or delete saved cloud projects through the relevant project management options. You manage local project files yourself. Browser drafts can be removed using the tool’s clearing function or by clearing this website’s browser storage. Clearing local drafts is not the same as deleting cloud projects, and logging out does not clear all local files. Any necessary backups, dispute-related records or statutory retention after deletion are handled under the relevant provisions of this policy; unrelated data will not be retained indefinitely. Do not upload third-party materials you have no right to process or sensitive personal information unrelated to your creative work. If new third-party recipients, processing purposes or information categories are introduced in the future, the platform will provide further notice based on the actual circumstances and obtain the relevant consent where required by law. Membership & asset licensing

Standard users and members can download assets offered directly by ZipGet and marked as free within their respective daily allowances. Paid assets require a separate purchase. Eligible products receive discounts according to membership tier and daily allowance. See the Membership page for plan prices and allowances.

Free access or a member discount does not change a product's license scope. Commercial use, attribution, modification and redistribution are governed by the individual product's license terms and applicable rules.

Creators & requests

Creators can apply through the seller onboarding page and complete identity verification, document submission and review as required by the platform. When uploading assets, provide accurate source, licensing and file information.

The Request Board displays asset requests, lets users express interest in the same request, and links creators' submissions. Requests do not guarantee production or availability. Budgets indicate interest; actual purchases are handled according to the listed product page and order.
